Plastic bags in Pre 4A, Pre 5 and Pre Ready classrooms were observed to be accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). A pair of adult size scissors with sharp edges in Pre 5 classroom were observed to be accessible to children at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site). A cabinet in Pre 3 classroom was posing an entrapment hazard and was accessible to children at the time of inspection.
